Shipping Policy – AeroCradle (Australia)
At AeroCradle, every order is handled with care to ensure a smooth, reliable delivery experience across Australia. This policy applies to all orders placed on aerocradle.com.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders may be edited or cancelled before dispatch only.
Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide. Express options may appear at checkout when available; additional charges apply.
Delivery Timeframes
Metro areas: 7–12 business days from dispatch.
Regional/remote: 10–20 business days from dispatch.
Timeframes are guides only and may extend during peak periods, severe weather, or carrier backlogs.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. Deliveries may be made with Authority To Leave at a safe location where suitable. Signature on delivery is not guaranteed on all services.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Parcels returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, non-collection, or delivery refusal may incur a re-delivery fee.
Delivery Attempts & Safe-Drop
Where a safe-drop is not possible, the carrier may card your parcel to a nearby collection point. Please collect within the timeframe stated by the carrier.
Delivery Issues & Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact support@aerocradle.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date and include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and assist in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Non-Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us via the Customer Care page or email support@aerocradle.com. Where appropriate under the ACL, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
PO Boxes & Business Addresses
Delivery to residential, business, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is supported where permitted by the carrier.
Changes & Cancellations
After dispatch, changes to the address or delivery preferences cannot be guaranteed.
