Returns & Refunds Policy – AeroCradle (Australia)
At AeroCradle, we take pride in delivering products of the highest standard of comfort, hygiene, and luxury. To protect the integrity of our products and to ensure compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the following policy applies to all returns and refunds.
Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase.Once packaging has been opened, or a pillow has been used, the product is strictly ineligible for return unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery to support@aerocradle.com, and must include clear photographs of the product together with order details. AeroCradle reserves the right to inspect and assess each claim before authorising a return.
Return Requirements
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.
All returns must be shipped to the address provided by AeroCradle. Unless otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days via the original method of payment.
Shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Important Notes
Due to the personal nature of pillows, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items sold as clearance, promotional, or final-sale are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy does not exclude or limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
